ArcMenu – A Beautiful Menu Alternative for GNOME 3

ArcMenu is GNOME Shell extension designed to beautifully replace the default menu that ships in GNOME 3 desktop. Apart from being typically more beautiful than the default GNOME 3 menu, it has extended functionality like a search feature and the currently logged in user.

Manual Installation of ArcMenu For Testers

The easiest way to install Arc Menu is using git, make and gnome-shell-extension-tool as shown.

$ git clone https://github.com/LinxGem33/Arc-Menu.git
$ cd Arc-Menu
$ make install
$ make enable
$ make disable

Now Logout from the current GNOME session and login back for the changes to take effect. Alternatively, you can restart the GNOME Shell with:

Alt + F2 and enter 'r' (without quotes).
